You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.
- How far in advance do I need to book a car and driver?
Bookings, especially if made from abroad, should be made at least 24 hours in advance using our online booking system in order to ensure availability of the type of vehicle required. If a car and driver are needed within 24 hours, you are requested to telephone our office where our staff will make every effort to accommodate your requirements.
- How does your pricing system work?
Prices are fixed in advance depending on the type of vehicle required and your destination. Prices apply solely to the vehicle regardless of the number of passengers carried.
- How can I find the price for a particular vehicle and destination?
You can use our online service to request a quote for your proposed booking. Simply enter your required pick-up point, destination, number of passengers and your contact details into our “Request a Quote” form.
- Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?
If you have already informed us of your flight number, we will not charge you extra. We monitor all incoming flights to all UK airports and will know your estimated time of arrival. That information enables us to alter your pick-up time, so that we can be sure to meet you when you eventually arrive.
- After my flight arrives, where will my cab and driver be waiting for me?
After your flight arrives, your driver, who will already have been provided with your contact details, will call you and let you know at which location to meet in the arrivals hall.
- Do you take on company contracts?
Yes, we do. Please contact us via our online contact form. We will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements and our charges for the services you require.
